Every member has access to the directory of Business Associates online and are given print editions periodically upon updates.

Monthly Newsletter
Declared by the membership as one of the benefits most appreciated the newsletter features articles on various real estate investing subjects. Many companies advertise in all issues or selectively, with ads from full page to business card size.

Networking at Monthly Meetings
Monthly meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of every month. Each meeting is usually attended by an average of 500 members and guests. A lot of networking takes place at the general meeting, friendships are made, and business contacts secured. Many members go to the meetings just for this purpose.

Promotion at Exhibit Hall
There is a dedicated area for Business Associates to exhibit at each monthly meeting. An associate can rent table space in this area for the evening.

Display Business Cards and Flyers
There is a dedicated place in the exhibit area at the monthly meetings for flyers and business cards. You can advertise there without purchasing table space. Also you can place your flyers and cards at the GaREIA Headquarters which attracts daily visits by investors who wish to use the computer research facilities and attend subgroup meetings.

Monthly Program
We distribute a monthly program at each general meeting and sell space on the inside and back covers of the brochure. Every attending guest and member will receive one of these at each meeting.

General Meeting Sponsor
A Business Associate member may sponsor a meeting. This will permit them to speak at a Q&A session at 6:30 pm on the real estate subject related to their industry.

They will receive an exhibit table of prominence and are permitted to distribute flyers on the seats in the general meeting room.

Mailers
GaREIA will provide its mailing list for a fee to a preferred mailing house for distribution of your marketing materials to GaREIA members.

Special Vendors Newspaper
We have plans to issue a special vendor newspaper which would feature advertising geared for the real estate investor and landlord.

Credit Union
Members may join Southern Federal Credit Union which provides a low interest VISA, no-cost checking, higher interest savings, various loan opportunities and more.

Our membership of over 3000 members include full-time and part-time investors, real estate brokers and agents, attorneys, accountants, property managers, renovation specialist, appraisers, bankers, and anyone who wants to start an investing career.
