Monthly
Meetings
Monthly
meetings of GaREIA are held on the 2nd Monday of each month.
Members are required to present their membership card. You
are welcome to attend a monthly meeting as a non-member guest
for a nominal fee of $20.00 per person. Members and guests
are invited to attend the exhibits by business associates
beginning at 5:30 pm and the question and answer session at
6:30 pm before the marketing and general meeting which is
conducted by various guest lecturers. A real estate marketing
session open only to members at the meetings is available
for properties personally owned or controlled by the individual.

Newsletter
Each
month, we publish "THE OFFER" to keep our members informed
about our educational programs and activities. Included are
such items as meeting previews, newsworthy investment information,
articles by experienced investors, a calender of events, and
other items of interest. Also included is selected information
from the national newsletter.
Investor
Subgroups
Members
may apply to participate in geographically located groups
of approximately 20 experienced and novice investors who network
monthly to share knowledge, discuss problems, stay motivated
and relate experiences. Also available are special interest
subgroups including full timers, new investors, lease-option,
landlord, commercial, note buyers Section 8, and Quick Turn.

Cost: NO FEE for both members and Guests.
New
Member Orientation for all new members and interested non-members
will be held from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. Receive a member handbook
and learn about the benefits of GaREIA. Open discussion on
what GaREIA is today and how membership can benefit your real
estate investing career.

Understanding
Real Estate Investing for Beginners will be held from 12:00
pm to 4:00 pm. Learn how to become a real estate investor
and what the keys are to making it work. This class is for
the beginner or returning real estate investor.
The purpose of this class is to introduce you to the different
aspects of real estate investing, what to learn first, what
the value is of an education, and much more!
