On Saturday, March 13, 2010, from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Bill Cook will be sharing some of his most creative techniques that will help landlords – and would-be landlords – to more effectively manage their rental properties and tenants.
Bill, and his wife Kim, have owned and managed rental property since 1995. Over the past 15 years, they’ve learned what works and what doesn’t work. In other words, it’s better to learn from their successes and mistakes than to try and reinvent the wheel.
