Subgroup Leader, Mark Durham will discuss, and answer questions about using the Lease Option strategy for renting, selling and buying real estate. Mark has been using the Lease Option strategy since joining GaREIA in the early 90''s.
Mark has been studying and investing in real estate since 1982 and has been a member of GaREIA since the early 90''s.
Over the years, Mark has become a successful real estate investor, proficient in many real estate investing strategies, especially strategies using creative financing.
